British Food Basket operates an online store offering British food products and related grocery items to customers in Canada.

We also operate a physical store in Oshawa, Ontario. Products, pricing, availability and services may vary between our online store and physical location.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, nutritional information, sizes and other product information displayed on our website are accurate and current.

However, product packaging, labels, ingredients, nutritional information and other manufacturer information may change from time to time.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

After an order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation email. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

Product prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We do our best to keep product availability information accurate, but inventory can change quickly.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you regarding available options or cancel and refund the unavailable item.

Product availability shown online does not guarantee that the same product will be available at our physical Oshawa store.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, inventory and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We may not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our applicable Return/Refund Policy.

Because many of the products we sell are food products, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange for health, safety or regulatory reasons.
